Flax Seed Oil Capsules
Flax seed oil supplies a naturally-occurring balance of alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3) and linoleic acid (omega-6). These essential unsaturated fatty acids are important for healthy hair, skin, and nails, and as precursors for hormone production and anti-inflammatory prostaglandins. Flaxseed particulate containing protective lignan components is retained in the oil. Cold-pressing of flax seeds and carob-coloring in the softgel protects against heat and light-induced oxidation of fatty acids. Derived from organically grown flax seeds.
