Calcium Magnesium Aspartate

Calcium-Magnesium aspartate is a very rapidly absorbed form of calcium and magnesium that provides delivery to the cell within minutes of ingestion. Aspartic acid is an essential amino acid that is actively transported across membranes. This means that it is rapidly absorbed through the intestinal wall, and again into cells when it arrives, via the bloodstream, at target tissues. Attaching calcium and magnesium to aspartic acid is essentially the same as "hitching a ride" on an express train. The mineral-aspartate complex is efficiently absorbed and rapidly delivered to cells. Once inside the cell, the minerals are released, where they can be used for various cellular functions.
