Phosphatidylserine 100 mg.

| Each softgel contains a concentrated amount of soy lecithin phospholipids high in phosphatidylserine. Contains LECI-PS® brand of phosphatidylserine, a product of Lucas Meyer. Manufactured using the highest quality raw materials. No known negative reactions with drug or other therapies. Safe & non-toxic. Rarely can cause GI upset. Can interfere with sleep if taken in a large dose (600 mg) at bedtime. PS is soy based, so you may not tolerate if you have a severe soy allergy.
