Two new whole food fiber sources have been added to provide enhanced benefit for the gastrointestinal system. Prune fiber powder is an excellent, antioxidant-rich fiber source while fennel seed has as anti-gas and anti-bloating action that ideally complements the fiber benefits.

More fiber per capsule is now provided as the capsule size has been increased to hold more ingredient than before. This means fewer capsules may be needed to provide benefit.

Vegetarian capsules are now used in place of gelatin making this a 100% vegetarian formula.
